Our Process

​

Your first phone call and meeting will be with Andy, He will discuss the scope of the project and take preliminary measurements. He will take time to answer all your questions and offer suggestions based on your goals. 

​

In the next step, Andy will send you a ballpark figure to accomplish your goals with an allowance budget for selections and timeframes.

​

If this is acceptable a small deposit is taken to get you on our schedule and meet with Vonn to make your design selections, Exact measurements are then taken and any preliminary drawings or renderings for engineering, and permitting are completed.

Once the selections have been made and we understand the full scope of the project we will submit the contract for your review and signature. In the contract specifications, timelines, costs, and draw schedules will be outlined.  

 

Once contracted, the permitting process will begin and final drawings to be submitted to the engineer homeowner's association and the county.  (if required)

A schedule will be made after we have all the required permits in hand to start your renovation.
